Camp Olmsted, Camp Bowman and Camp Marriott

Only a four-hour ride from our nation's capital, Goshen Scout Camps are nestled in an area in the western part of Virginia which Thomas Jefferson called the "Garden Eden of the United States." They are located in Goshen, Virginia, about 30 miles southwest of Staunton, and west of the southern terminus of Skyline Drive. The camps which make up Goshen Scout Camps are in the Allegheny mountains surrounding the 450-acre Lake Merriweather. They are among the largest and most beautiful council camps in the nation and are easily accessible from Interstate 81.
