MIDDLE DIVISION, LITTLE RIVER DISTRICT

The Little River district was one of eight Santa Fe stub end branches which extended in western Kansas. In June of 1972 20.6 miles of track from Little River to Lorraine. Earlier in the year the Santa Fe had secured trackage rights from the Frisco which made this abandonment possible.
