Almost midway between Newton and Wichita is a community known as Sedgwick. There is a grain elevator here and other small businesses.

This depot can best be described as ususual. It appears that it has been modified extensively over the years. Note the absence of a full bay window and the unusual roofline above the bay window. The middle window on the bay window also is non-standard. The general window arraingment also shows quite a bit of modification. This possibly could be due to the addition of indoor plumbing. It still stands in town just east of the grain elevators. I am unsure as to its current use.
