Do you want to learn to sail easily, safely and quickly without getting wet? Do you want to be taught professionally by a Royal Yachting Association Senior Instructor? Do you want a sailing certificate that certifies your exact progress and shows boat hire companies that you ARE competent enough to use their boats properly? Do you want to spend as little as possible? Sailing tuition for complete beginners in the sheltered waters of Swansea Bay for as little as £50 per day. Gain confidence safely and quickly and after five days tuition, hire a family sail boat from our associated Keelboat Hire Sailing Club for £10 per day. All trainees sail with the re-assuring expertise of an experienced RYA Senior Sailing Instructor on board (not an instructor or trainee instructor as with other sailing schools). 2008 SAILING COURSES available for BOOKING right NOW! (Just click the underlined yellow links) Then click this Complete Beginners Five Day Course link for course details or click this 20 Points For Keelboat Sailors link for an overview of areas covered by the course, but don't forget to click Contact Information to get in touch with the school. Mumbles Sailing School is owned and run by Vance Broad, B.A., A.T.C. , RYA Senior Instructor (Cowes 1982) whose services as a freelance sailing instructor/consultant, advising on buying a boat, sailing your own boat safer/faster/better, running sailing courses/regattas/races or delivering a yacht, may be engaged for a fee of £150 per day all year round. More than likely he will not be in the office so call him direct on his mobile 07792 484813. During courses, sailing suits, life-jackets and sailing manuals are supplied by Mumbles Sailing School. All trainees are asked to provide their own deck shoes (light soled trainers will do), jeans, sweaters, a hat, gloves and a small bottle of drinking water. Click Summary for an overview of essential information. Click Links to access other useful sites (including weather and tides at Mumbles this week).
