WARNING!
This document will allow you and your son or daughter to build a winning car.
Are you tired of losing Pinewood Derbies? Do you feel embarrassed because your child wants to know why you can not use your skill and training to build faster cars. I too was one of these derby car weaklings. But then one day after another year's defeat, my son and I were approached by a thin old man in the parking lot of the church. I had noticed him hanging around the race, but I thought he was the janitor. He asked if I felt that my son was truly worthy of being a derby champion. I explained that my son had been schooled in the ways of Scouting from a Tiger to a first year Webelos Scout. He nodded knowingly and with a stroke of his white goatee, it was obvious that my son and I were to be chosen for derby greatness. He slipped a piece of paper into my hand upon which were written these tips. My son and I looked at the paper with amazement. When we looked up, the mysterious gentleman had disappeared. See that you share them only with another who is worthy.

If I don't write back right away, you may have made an error in your return address. This happens with about 1 in every 10 emails that I receive. Just try again. Thanks and enjoy the race.
