Thank you for stopping by the official page of the AZ Sy Ty. For sometime I was attempting to keep all of my friends and fellow owners up to date on local shows and auto events with this page. I have sold my truck as of the begining of April 1st so I will no longer be doing events the same as in the past. I hope you enjoy some photo's from some of our past get togethers as well.

Havasu Happenings, KC Hilites Show

Lake Havasu Arizona:

Held March 28-30 1997, this was my first car show as well as the first show for my truck. Attendees were Jason Babyak, Dan Arndt, and myself. After the show on Saturday we climbed into the trucks and cruised down by Lake Havasu were I clicked off some great shots.

Mesa Air Feild:

This was the first meeting for Doug Champlin and unfortunately Ed O'Rourke's last. We first had dinner at Anzio's Landing which is located on the air feild and then had a guided tour of Doug's museum. I was so impressed with the museum I took my farther there the next time he visited me. To answer your question no I didn't try to race any airplanes, I didn't have my truck silly!

Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show

Scottsdale Pavilions:

Just held on September 12th, this was the first show for many of the new Arizona members. We arrived at the show and quickly made our presence known with three Typhoons, two Syclones and a LT1 powered Rolls Royce from AZ TPI. It was an excellent show and I enjoyed meeting all the new member's. Some of us even did a little impromtue ty -vs-ty street racing on the way there.Score one for the Arndt Typhoon.

Attendees were: Steve and Maria "miss soon to be" Arndt, Ted and Shawn Reckell, John Kjos, Kevin Yingling, and Jason Wilson from Arizona TPI.
