PowerClear connection supplies power from generators in emergencies - relieves storm damage

Generator

Electricity for an Emergency

Just about everyone needs electricity and no more so than after a storm or other natural disaster. Utility lines are cut, emergency personnel are overworked and many other services are out. And your lights don't work, the refigerator's not running and the food's spoiling. In summer you want cooling fans running and in winter you need your furnace to run. If you haven't had an emergency generator connection wired ahead of time you're out of luck.........................

Maybe not! We've developed a connection method that will allow you to connect an emergency generator to your house wiring safely. We used a Coleman Powermate 5000 gasoline powered 110/240v generator connected to a meter can using our "Isolating emergency generator connection" or PowerClear connection. Connect power generation safely during service interruptions

PowerClear is a system and method for connecting an electrical generator to properties which have not had transfer switches or isolators prior to the need for connecting an emergency electrical power source. Typically this is in the aftermath of a windstorm or earthquake when qualified installers are unavailable and emergency workers, such as firemen, EMT techni-cians or utility emergency response crews need a safe, temporary solution to provide power to a residence or business until the utility supply is restored.
