Bruce's Prize-Winning Maple Syrup
Makes several hundred gallons:
1 stand of Sugar Maples (acer saccharum) located on a south-facing
hillside, preferably in New Hampshire.
Collect the sap from the maple trees at the proper time of
year, knowledge of which is more properly called Art than Science,
and reduce it over intense heat until it sheets from a spoon.
Bottle and sell.
