Upon owner's approval of credit and unlawful detainer report, we will prepare a detailed "Rental Agreement" and secure applicants' signatures and obtain a rental deposit. Prior to move-in, we will collect the balance of one full months rent and security deposit from applicants on behalf of owner. (cash, cashier's check or money order payable to owner.) Conduct a detailed "Move-In" inspection for future tenant "Security Deposit" refund purposes.
