Anti-Microsoft AssociationMSN Billing Problems

Here is a horror storry I received from an MSN customer June 12, 2000.
You cannot believe what is happening to me: I am in Montreal Canada, and I am being billed by MSN for internet services which I never requested, and more: it is no longer available in Canada! Whe I tried to call their number I got a recording giving me some 800 numbers to call, none of which worked in Canada. On top of that, I am being billed twice for June. Do you figure a real human being is doing this? HOW DID THEY GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE? So I tried to get customer service online to straigthen the whole thing. Here is the dialogue: Question: I am being billed for by MSN for internet access which is not even available in Canada where I live! An MSN Support Professional will be with you in a moment.
