My Recipe

As posted to the ONNA mailing list in April of 1997:

here are the herbs and vitamins I took (kinda long)

*6 capsules Vitex days 1-14, when I still hadn't ovulated on day 14 upped to 9 (I take them 3x per day) and went back down to six after I was certain I had ovulated
*3 capsules Wild Yam after certain of ovulation
*1 (500mg) gelcap Evening Primrose Oil
*1 (400 mg) vitamin E
*1 Centrum (regular) tablet
*1 (400 mg) folic acid
*1 (50 mg) vitamin B-6
*1 (200 mg) chromium picinolate
*1 (150 mg) kelp (be careful if you want to take this, too much more than this can be lethal--as in killing you!)
*1 (1000 mg) vitamin C

BTW, I took all the "ones" in the morning, I take all the rest split up into 3x per day.

Also, I made dh start taking some stuff too. This was not easy mind you, and he's awfully glad he gets to quit!!
He took:
1500 mg (3 capsules) L-Argenine
200 mg (2 capsules) selenium
1 (400 mg) vitamin E
2 (1000 mg) vitamin C
1 Centrum (regular)
