| for fertility and conception
|
In general, herbs can be very helpful (for women and men) in fertility and conception. You can read my own recipe (worked on the second try after six unsuccessful months) here. If you or your partner experience ongoing fertility problems, you should check with a doctor or naturopath (or the healthcare provider of your choosing) for further testing. As always, this author takes no responsibility for her reader's actions: pursue these suggestions at your own risk.

 | Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler. If there is one book you are going to buy to try to get pregnant--this is it!! Every woman should read this book. The information is very empowering--use the information and charts to avoid or acheive pregnancy--and learn why your body is doing what it is doing at any given time in your cycle! I wish I had found this book years and years ago... |
 | Your Fertility Signals by Merryl Winstein. A great book describing a woman's fertility in detail. This is another great book that can be used to learn the ovulation method of birth control or achieving pregnancy. |
