WHO WAS THAT MAN CALLED J.C.?
The real story of an Essene Jewish scholar and rabbi (teacher) who was known in his own time simply as Joshua, the Nazarene, or Joshua, son of Joseph...
With modern correlations of his teachings leading to a truer understanding of the "synthesis of science, religion and philosophy" and the statement, "There is no religion higher than truth."

The only written record we have of Joshua Ben Joseph (called "Jesus Christ" in the Christian Bible), is the much translated, many times expunged, and obviously distorted recording of several "witnesses" who were some of Joshua's illiterate and basically ignorant followers or disciples (students). These so called Gospel writings were (and are) nothing more than colorful narratives written down mostly in Greek from second hand oral or hearsay transmissions hundreds of years after the deaths of the disciples-by scribes of a Jewish/pagan revolutionary religious organization known as "Christians" operating out of Rome in the 2nd and 3rd Centuries AD. Such writings, along with other so called revelations in the Old Testament of the Hebrews, served as the basic Manifesto and moral guidelines for the Christian Church worship, and for their vicarious atonement theology.
As is natural to all revolutionary organizations, propaganda, or distortion of the truth for political expediency, was the order of those days. The so called Christian Bible or New Testament was the result. And, like all propaganda vehicles designed to bind followers to a particular organization and inculcate loyalty to its leaders, a mythological-type, magical figurehead was established as a martyr, along with a fabricated history--in so called "gospel" teachings--that would motivate charismatic religious conversions and membership into their sect. It should be noted that the original version was written mostly in Greek, and later in Latin, scholarly languages that could be read only by the religious cult leaders under the false mantle of "God appointed" priests--as a guide for their verbal exhortations to a generally illiterate public.
This is not to say that the ethical-moral teachings of Jesus as outlined in the Sermon on the Mount are not valid. (They are almost identical to the teachings of the prophets in the Old testament as well as those of Gautama, the Buddha who reformed Hinduism several hundred years earlier) But, it is to say that the religious dogmas and theologies of the Christian Church, derived from the Gospels and from the Old Testament, are nothing but a tissue of expedient misinterpretations and half truths designed to serve the ulterior purposes of the early Christian priesthood. Much of the later translations of Genesis, for example, have been garbled, (changing the order of the verses, misidentifying the light giver, Lucifer, as Satan, or the Devil, as the evil one)--possibly as blinds to prevent the profane from learning the secrets of priestly magic by understanding their own individual origins as "sons of God", or rays of universal consciousness, the same as Jesus, and with the same "creative" powers--(if they knew the secret formulas as disclosed in the true narration of Cosmogenesis. In no way did these Christian priests know the true nature of the Deity as taught in the esoteric schools of the Hebrews-from which they professed to derive their God and their theology. In fact, to reiterate, the teachings of Jesus, by themselves, are almost identical to the prior teachings of the Buddha in India, and of other messengers of the higher esoteric doctrines of universal love and altruism accepted by most religions.
Unfortunately, most Christians do not understand the root philosophy behind these teachings and therefore, are unable to judge the truth or untruth of interpretations based on literal readings of the translated material-including the Old Testament--which, also, was written down many years after the death of the original teacher at the orders of self serving rulers or priests.
Subsequently, however, as the Church grew in power and size, additional changes in the original doctrines and dogmas were introduced by Constantine during and after the World Council at Nicea in the 4th Century. At that time, for instance, most references in the bible or in subsequent Christian writings to the Doctrine of Reincarnation or transmigration of Souls as believed in by the Hebrews and early Christians-was expunged and anathematized as a Christian doctrine. This anathema forbade any Christian from using the term reincarnation or referring to its so called sister doctrine, Karma, otherwise known as the scientific laws of periodicity and cycles (cyclic action)-under penalty of excommunication--which, to a Christian, is a sentence of eternal suffering after death in the Christian place (even if only a fantasy) of Hell--with its fire and brimstone. At the same time, the doctrine of Papal infallibility along with the false perception that the Pope somehow inherits the role and divinity of the Christ was inculcated into Christian Dogma along with the divine rights of Kings--sanctioned by the so called, Mother Church.
Again, later, further subtle distortions and misinterpretations were condoned -- some, for political purposes -- by King James in the 16th Century, for example, when he ordered the English translation of the Old and New Testaments from the original Greek and Hebrew writings, and insisted on approving the final manuscripts before publication.
All in all, these twists and changes were an obvious and unconscionable act on the part of the priests and the then political leaders (Kings) whose power was closely linked to and dependent upon Constantine's subsidized Church. They, in effect, perpetrated a scam to gain control of the minds and bodies of their subjects by appealing to their fears of death. Thus, they substituted for the true spiritual, philosophical as well as practical teachings of the great Masters such as Moses, Joshua, Buddha, Lao Tse, Krishna, and others--the false, misleading, and pernicious doctrine of vicarious atonement (the idea that, upon conversion, all previous sins and their karmic effects along with the individual's responsibilities for them were washed away by the suffering and death of Jesus)--backed up by an intricately contrived theology.
It should be noted that the esoteric teachings of Jesus referring to or relating specifically to the impersonality of the Godhead, the laws of Karma and reincarnation, the ability for all to perform the miracles, etc. have never been acknowledged by the Christian Mother Church.
Additionally, there has always been a complete misunderstanding of the word Father as used by the mythological Jesus Especially, when he said, referring to the source of his knowledge, "my father, who art in Heaven".. It would make more sense if he were referring to his own father... His teacher, Rabbi Joseph, who, being dead, was now in Heaven--the after-death state of pure bliss prior to rebirth--known in Sanskrit as Devachan, the waiting Place of the Gods, or "enlightened men"--(referring to both males and females).
In no way could the Christian Church leaders allow their members to interpret the written bible in any manner that would result in a true understanding of the spiritual teachings--or of those evolutionary processes relating to reincarnation and karma that would allow all human beings to eventually achieve the Divinity and the miraculous powers of a Christ or of a God. These ideas, if believed in, could, in effect, transfer the powers of the rulers into the hands of the common people, and would not justify the Divine Right of Kings or condone their appointed Popes wearing of the mantle of Jesus Christ. So, to reinforce the power of the new Church-State, these ideas were made Heretical, and those who professed them were viciously purged from the Church or discredited.
During the inquisition, many believers in the true doctrines of the Christ were tortured and killed--all in the name of Jesus--who, had he been there at the time, would have again been martyred by his own followers for professing his own doctrines.
It should be noted that the Jews--based on the so called revelations made to Moses by God as reported in the Old Testament, and as transmitted by the oral teachings of the Torah or Laws of God--believed in one Godhead having, esoterically, ten aspects or emanations called the Elohim--of which the later Christian God, Jehova, is only the third aspect. This local God, originally Binah, representing Wisdom-a female entity--was later mistakenly transmogrified by the Christians into their male God, Jehovah (from the Hebrew anagram representing the ruling aspect of physical nature, or knowledge, yod, hay, vo, hay).
From the standpoint of the original teachings, the Christian's Satan or Lucifer, representing knowledge, is the companion to Binah (wisdom) called Chochma--the second emanation of the Elohim. (The first was the crowning Spirit on the manifest plane.) This is obvious if you read in Genesis that Satan taught Adam and Eve the truth of their divinity--or gave them the knowledge of good and evil--something the falsely identified biblical God didn't want them to know... Because, as this God said, according to the garbled translations of Genesis, "They shall become as one of us." This use of the plural term "us" is an obvious reference to the ten-fold nature of the Hebrew Godhead-referred to as the "Lord GOD". The expulsion of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden, (referring, symbolically, to the blissful cow-like state of early Mankind before their mental awakening), was simply a symbolization of the "lighting up" of the Godlike Mind principle in the formerly ignorant, animal-like humanity--thus giving them the powers of both independent thought and creativity.
Lucifer (the light), or Satan, then, was the emanation of the Godhead who gave humanity the light of the "knowledge of good and evil," or the first requisite for the "Wisdom of the Gods"--as did Prometheus in the Greek legends-allowing humans to become as one of THEM--should they also obtain the requisite WISDOM. But this could take much experience and many lives to achieve--unless, as Jesus tried to teach, one would follow the precepts of altruism, peace and love, and realize the divinity of the Soul through an act of instant faith--(based on a realization and understanding of the true meaning and origin of consciousness which pervades all things in various degrees--with mankind at its peak).
And so, after the expulsion from the animal state, the world turned--and God (in one aspect, the primal consciousness of the Universe, as the SELF of all) watched--as mankind went round and round, either falling into eternal, repetitive, lives and deaths through unrepentant "sin" (the worship of Matter and its pleasures), or reaching the final enlightenment and perfection of the Spirit (or Self-Consciousness within)--thus, becoming "One of Us", as said--to live forever in "Heaven" or "Nirvana" or "Valhalla" or on "Mount Olympus" (symbolic, also, of a state of "self-knowledge," leading to the end of striving and suffering and its accompanying permanent state of total bliss, joy, or peace of mind and spirit whether in or out of the body)--as did Joshua, Joseph, Isaac, Job, Moses, Abraham, Buddha, Krishna (or Chrestna), and as did many others who accepted the true "Word of God" in the long history of Mankind.
But, unfortunately, the Christian God, mistakenly believed to be the same singular and apparently personal God, Jehova, they thought was worshipped by the Hebrews, reflects the distortions of the scriptures by the early "Church"--and comes off as angry, selfish, petulant and egoistic in the eyes of those immune to the "blind belief" in the false dogmas and doctrines insisted upon by the "Mother Church" and its offshoots.
The singularization and personalizing of God was unintended by the ancient Hebrew teachers, but was interpreted so by the Christian priests. Why? Because they did not know how to interpret the words used by the Hebrews to identify the Supreme Power, or Universal Being, as a multiple entity in its primal evolution. Before the tenfold emanation of the Elohim called the "Sephirothal Tree", or the "Sephiroth", as individual entities, the Hebrews viewed the Supreme Origin as Ein Soph--which could be defined only negatively, as "No Thing", or as "Absolute Space", having no attributes other than "Absolute Motion"--containing, as holographic interference patterns modulated in the unembodied aspect of absolute spinning energy, or "spinergy", all the accumulated knowledge gained by the Universe during its previous LIFE prior to its contraction into the "emptiness" of its deep, deep, sleep-in which, at the unmoving zero-point-instant center of its "spinergy", is contained total WISDOM).
In its original teaching, the Lord God who creates the Heavens and the Earth, or the Universe, is the manifest, impersonal intelligence of the entire Sephiroth emanating out of Ein Soph. It should be noted that most misinterpretation of this original teaching comes out of the fact that the Hebrews could not write or speak the name of "God"--since the name, being a secret formula used by the Sephiroth to guide the construction and evolution of the Universe, would completely expose the Divine power of the Supreme Spirit (Universal Consciousness, capable of manifesting its ideal images by focused Will, as used by both Moses and Joshua to perform their, so called, "miracles")--to people of evil intent. Thus, they had to use a euphemism for the name of God whenever it was mentioned in the Old Testament--leading to much confusion in later readings and translations.
Another interesting idea refers to the name, Christ, given to the so called "Son of God" in the New Testament (which, of course, was denied by Jesus when he said, "I am the son of Man"). The word Christ or Chrest, in addition to the later misinterpretation as "The Anointed One" due to a mistranslating from the Greek (another Priestcrafty blind), actually is related to the word crest as in crest of a wave or cycle, and refers to the nature of the Messiah or expected savior of the Hebrews as, One who rides the crest of the Cycles of Life--the spiritual crests, that is--or the highest levels of Universal Consciousness--that of the Gods.One of the ancient teachings of the cycles show that all Cycles of Life are analogous and that they refer to the cycles of physical evolution, as well as to the cycles of spiritual evolution within a single lifetime--or of an Age, on the levels of the human, planetary, solar system or galactic evolutions. (Contrary to many later interpretations, even by the Jews, these cycles do not necessarily refer only to physical evolution--although they may be related.) Many of the numbers in the Old Testament, such as the ones referring to the "Measure of Man" (Three score and ten) and the lifetimes of the prophets, are related to this teaching. For instance, such cabalistic interpretations (referring to mysteries hidden in the secret numbers of the Hebrew writings of the Talmud), in combination with the esoteric doctrines, enable one to calculate the spiritual evolutionary cycles to be completed within a single lifetime. This can be diagrammed as a vortical series of seven loops, spirals or cycles advancing through 28 levels or sub-cycles in a total of 70 (three score & ten) steps. (Incidentally, these numbers, based on the fundamental laws of periodicity governed by the circling of original spinergy around the primal zero-point, are also reflected in the cyclic and mathematical progressions of the 7 major tones of the musical scales and in the frequencies of the 7 prismatic colors of light as seen in a rainbow.)
In a lifetime, starting from birth, the first cycle of this series is thirteen years, the second 12, the third 11, an so on. This not only gave the Hebrews an indication of the stages of human physical, as well as mental and spiritual development--e.g. The first cycle ending at age thirteen established the Bar or Bas Mitzvah time, or the completion of childhood. The second, ending at age 25, indicated the completion of youth, etc.
If we measure the levels or sub-cycles` (representing years) in each major cycle or spiral that an enlightened being crosses in order to reach total spiritual as well as physical and mental maturity--by traveling only on the crests of the seven loops or cycles--that age will be 28 years.
Thus, ordained Rabbis must complete their spiritual education before age twenty eight, as did Joshua. However, since Joshua was one who rode the Crest from birth, he was fully empowered with the ability to perform what appeared to be Godlike Miracles soon after that age--when he supposedly appeared in Jerusalem according to the New Testament. For that alone, he could be called the "Christ" or Chrest.
Among the early Jewish converts there were some who actually called themselves Chrestians (sic). Incidentally, the root of this word comes from the Sanskrit and is the same as the appellation of the great Indian teacher and Avatar (direct incarnation of God consciousness) known as Krishna or Chrestna. Both Jesus and Buddha, of the later adepts with a direct perception of the Universal Consciousness or Oversoul, or avatars such as the earlier Krishna, and the yet to come Maitreya (according to the Hindus and Buddhists)--all were said, esoterically, to have been initiated on the Crest. Interestingly, one of Buddha's most brilliant students, Shankaracharya, entitled his interpretation of the Buddha's teachings, "The Crest Jewel of Wisdom."
If one were to take a symbolic or non-literal interpretation of the Bible-[e.g. according to one of Jesus' sayings (paraphrased as follows); "(I) do not cast my pearls (esoteric teachings) before swine (greedy, ignorant people). To them, I speak only in parables. Only to you (disciples) do I teach the secrets of Heaven and Earth."]--it is easy to imagine that when Jesus said, "I and my Father are one, as are you and your Father," he was referring to their actual dead fathers rather than to a personal God. By this statement Jesus (Joshua) was, perhaps, affirming the reality of the spiritual connection between all individual beings and their ancestors, whose spiritual essence lives on after their deaths. This is a profound esoteric teaching well known to the ancient Chinese, Hebrew, Hindu and Buddhist teachers, and was one of the root beliefs of most native Americans.
(*NOTE: Here we can scientifically describe how the spiritual essence of all dead ancestors are directly connected by vibratory affinities to their descendants through the transmitted structural patterns and related field resonance of the DNA/RNA in the genes which, in turn, are linked to the intermediate field patterns in what can only be described as the "morphogenetic", vibratory field realm" (known as the "astral" to the ancient wise men)--that sparkling image which appears in "Kirlian", electrostatic photography, as the "aura" of all living things. Also, this might explain one of the meanings of the biblical statement, "The sins of the fathers are visited upon the sons"... "Sins", meaning, misuse of their bodies and associated consciousness, astral, or morphogenetic fields

Many of the ancient Hebrews knew of the link between the genetic code and the "Oversoul", so to speak, and thereby insisted on maintaining the purity of the line of prophets by forbidding, originally, marriage outside the priestly caste (descendants of Abraham, Isaac, Moses, etc.) This was, possibly mistakenly, designed to maintain the ancestral connections so as to facilitate the reincarnation of the Messiahs (enlightened saviors or prophets) in a proper body at the right time and place, for the benefit of their own familial or tribal group. In fact, as Jesus said, all men could attain that exalted state--since he knew that all individual consciousness emanates from the same source.
The later Egyptians used this same teaching, albeit distorted, to justify the mummification and entombment of the Highest Priests.
The eternally valid laws of Karma (action-reaction, causation, etc.) are also inferred in the bible under the general remarks of Jesus such as "Corn from thistles cannot grow", implying--as later stated by John when he said, "God cannot be mocked, for as you sow, so shall you reap,"--that the Universal laws are fundamental, are cyclic in nature and apply to all planes or states of being from the spiritual, through the mental or psychic, to the physical.
Again, Karma is implied, along with its corollary doctrine, reincarnation, when Jesus says, (Matt. 13:36), "But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account in the day of Judgment." In esoteric parlance, the day of Judgment is the day between death and rebirth when the accumulated Karma, good or bad, of one life, as cause, is judged by us in our spiritually divine and thus, Godlike state--and when we determine the conditions of being for our next life, as effect--our reward or our retribution (the fulfillment of our karmic responsibility for our own positive or negative acts)--or perfect justice written into the divine law when the Universe was first formed, and needing no Personal God to enforce.
Thus, he also implied that we are our own judges on the spiritual planes as well as on the physical ones. Didn't Jesus admonish his disciples not to judge others or try to correct other's flaws before they judged themselves and corrected their own faults?
Jesus or Joshua also confirmed his belief in reincarnation, when he states (Matt. 11:10,14, 15), speaking of John the Baptist, "For this is he of whom it is written (in the Old Testament), Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee... And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come. He that has ears to hear, let him hear." And again (Matt.16:13,14,15) Jesus asks his disciples, "Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?" And they answer, "Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some Elias: and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets." Then Jesus says (St. John 17:5), "And now, O Father, glorify thou me thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was"... Implying, that his soul (or individual ray of self) was part of the original consciousness of the universe--even before the "Big Bang" broke the symmetry of the original spin(ergy) and spread its all encompassing field of consciousness throughout our entire cosmos--to permeate every particle of matter... And, thereby, give all its changing forms the potentiality of attaining Self awareness--after long eons of physical and mental as well as spiritual evolution.
These statements imply that Jesus had no problem believing that John the Baptist was the direct reincarnation of Elias or Elijah as prophesied in the Old Testament (Malachi 4:5), "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD." It was commonly accepted at that time by Joshua, his disciples and, in fact, all the Jewish people--steeped in their ancient traditions--that reincarnation, or "metempsychosis", was a natural occurrence. Also, in the bible, Jesus indicated that the reincarnating ego was part of the primeval Universal God Consciousness before the physical Universe manifested out of it.
These doctrines of reincarnation and karma were, later, unjustifiably denied by the Mother Church in direct contradiction to Jesus' acceptance of them in the Gospels. Today, the modern Christian churches all continue to deny both reincarnation and karma--with supposedly justifiable fear that if these ideas, and concurrently, all the other supporting truths of the esoteric doctrines were to be accepted by their congregations, there would no longer be any need for churches or, for that matter, any need to worship Jesus as the only Son of God--since all men could be considered sons of God, once the divine and eternal nature of the human soul, as part of the oversoul, would be recognized.
In esoteric parlance, this God, which asks for no worship, is simply the vast sea of Universal Consciousness or the Higher Self--of which all Humankind is a direct emanation--and in which "we live and breathe and have our being." It is also said, "the self of one is the Self of all."
In St. John 14:10, Jesus says, "Believest (Realize) thou not that I am in the Father-(In this case, by use of the impersonal "the", referring to the Universal Self or center of all consciousness, wisdom and knowledge)--and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works... Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works sake... Verily, verily, I say unto you, He (You) that believeth on me (realizes the Universal Self within him-[her-]self), the works (miracles) that I do shall he (you) do also; and greater works than these shall he (you) do; because I go unto MY Father (the dead Joseph--whom he knew as his "enlightened" teacher, was/is still Alive in Spirit and at-one-ment with the UNIVERSAL LIFE, or God Consciousness)."
What more can be said? I know all this, firsthand--since I was there from the beginning... As were you--who have forgotten.
