The Micro Resolver is at the heart of your sync cassette recorder system. It is the Resolver which "slaves" the playback speed of your modified recorder to the master source. Our unique Micro Resolver will lock your cassette recorder to the AC line, to an external video reference or to its own internal quartz crystal clock for sync playback or real time transfers.
This one unit enables filmmakers to transfer their field audio material:
1) To any vidoecassette format at the proper telecine rate of 59.94hz.
2) Direct to a computer hardrive for non-linear editing
3) To 16mm or 35mm magnetic film (either synchronous drive or crystal control)
The Micro Resolver is the only unit you will ever need to accomplish any possible transfer operation. The one unit is compatible with any of our mono-with-sync recorders. This compact device is just 5x4x1", is housed in a cast aluminum casing and weighs only 12 oz.
The Micro Resolver is available in both 60hz. and 50hz. versions for use anywhere in the world. A liberal discount is allowed if the Resolver is purchased with one of our sync recorders.
