We're situated in the Town of Wethersfield, which is located in the State of Connecticut. Connecticut is on the East Coast of the United States. Wethersfield is a suburb of Hartford, the Capitol of Connecticut, which is about half way between New York City and Boston. |

| If you are viewing our site from outside the United States, you can still do business with us. We welcome international orders. There is never any extra surcharge to you. We will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable with your purchase of our products and services. |

| Terms: Orders should be accompanied by payment
in the form of a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex), bank draft or money
order. Personal checks will be held 10 working days to clear. We do not offer
COD any longer, sorry.
If you will be using a credit card you will need to completely fill out our credit card authorization form and enclosed it with your order. |

| Shipping: We charge a flat $10 shipping/handling fee for orders. Orders needing air freight will have these fees added to the order. | ||||||||
| Ordering Information (International): | ||||||||
| Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card
and American Express credit cards. We do not accept wire transfers directly
to our bank. You can also send us a bank draft in US funds. Lastly, you can
send funds via Western Union, but they will charge you a service fee and
exchange rate fee for using them.

| Shipping: For orders where the value is less than $1,000 we recommend shipping by Air Mail via the US Postal Service. It is the most economical method. For orders with a higher value we can use one of the private air parcel carriers. In all cases we can provide you with an exact cost for shipping to your destination before you place your order. | ||||||||
| Turnaround and Delivery: | ||||||||
| All of our products and services are supplied on a custom "per order" basis. Allow at least 10 days turnaround on all recorder and equipment orders and 20 days on camera modifications for crystal control. Please also factor in the time in transit to your destination when planning your purchase. | ||||||||
