Spain and My Spanish Heritage
Most people who meet me don't realize that I'm half Spanish.
That's easy to understand, given my name, my curly blonde hair and my fair complexion! Nonetheless, I am 50% Spanish, as my mom was born to Spanish parents in Barcelona, Spain.
In fact, in order to propagate the Spanish Heritage, my parents gave me my mom's maiden name as my middle name. So, my full name is:
Craig Peñalosa Ephraim
I thought it would be nice to continue the tradition, so Rosemary and I decided to give Kyle the same middle name. So, he's:
Kyle Peñalosa Ephraim
We still have many relatives in Spain, mostly in Barcelona, home of the 1992 Summer Olympics.
Barcelona was spruced up nicely for the Olympics, and is now a World Class city with lots of charm.
