Eric Meyer's M.C. Magic Page
My M.C. Magic Page! (Eric Meyer)
This is the keyboard I use...

M.C. Magic is a music name that I created in 1991. "Letting My Walls Fall
Down" is the first album that I created. This album includes songs: "Action",
"My Turn", "Never Say Never, Just Get Motivated", "My Philosophy", "Pump
Up the Music", "I'm Tough","Our Mission", and "God Leads Me."
My Second album, "UnPreDicTabLe" was a success in songwriting. It consisted
more musical keyboard music and less too serious lyrics. This album consists
of: "Jammin'", "UnPreDicTabLe", "Get Possessive", "Action - Remixed", "My
Philosophy - Revisited", "Riding In Harmony", "You Know You Did Alright",
"To Catch A Criminal", and "Generation X Postlude." Although not many copies
were created, the some songs have been a success in brief concerts.
The third album is planned to be called: "Freedom". There will be different
songs that have many different meanings. Some will be serious and provocative.
A few may be as hilarious as "Weird Al" Yankovic. Songs that are planned
to be produced are: "Freedom", "Fuzzyelf", "Think About It", "Ageless Love",
"Deep Impressions", "I'm Ticked", "All Talk", and "Greed". "Deep Impressions"
and "Ageless Love" are songs that are from a story, for some possible movies
written by me, that each tell a story and a concept. For an example, "Deep
Impressions" is a movie about a man that tries to get a neighborhood together,
a neighborhood that has a variety of color/race. The concept is to get rid
of the deep impressions that we have of each other, and to learn what is
really there rather than what our impressions tell us. It is also a love
story. This album will also specialize in a format of concepts. The form will be
placed in 4 parts. These parts are parts of a person's life - and how to get to
Riding In Harmony - a song from the second album. Instead of having Riding In Harmony
again in this album, "The Mind and Eyes of God" will be based on how one can see
at least a part of life in more ways than most can see (or understand). The parts are as
follows: Part 1 - The Trap: The Trap is the starting song about how we all get into traps
of stress and misunderstandings. This is where many people are, but that just the first part.
Part 2 - The Realization: This has many conceptual songs that is about how we realize that
we are in a trap. Unfortunately, that is not enough -- Part 3 - The Trap (II): This is the
second trap. The second trap is the question about how to go about what we realize - but cannot
do anything because people around us are in the trap - and they put us down just the same. Once
this is not a problem the last part - Part 4 - Freedom: This part is how we are free from the Traps
and able to use the realized part. This part is where we are able to see opinions as an education
not an argument (although one can still argue). It is the ability to not accept what others are
without doing anything about it - or that it does not affect our lives - by putting ourselves down -
or is the only thing keeping us up. A good part of these concepts are from some eastern philosophies
that I have researched for some time. It is interesting how these concepts are similar in goals from
western philosophies - even though the processes to reach those goals can be quite different.
