CUSTOMERS -- Ship to, Bill to, Country, Phone, Fax, E-mail, Sales tax status. Automatically copies information from SHIP TO to BILL TO with the push of a button if they are the same. Can automatically assign consecutive account numbers. Use it for people you sell to, people you buy from or anyone else!

INVENTORY CONTROL -- Retail price, your cost, 3 net levels by minimum quantity, vendor name and number, 255 character descriptive text, optional BMP, WMF or ICO image, quantity on hand, last order date.

CATALOG -- Takes only part of the desktop, even at 640 x 480. Shows quantity on hand, number, name, description, retail, all net levels and quantities, optional image. Option to hide net prices.

ORDER TAKER -- For phone and mail orders. Lets you search CUSTOMER data base and merge this into the SALES INVOICE. Lets you search INVENTORY and merge this into SALES. Search is by either your numbers or fraction of a name, plus you can scroll either data base. Lets you manually assign RETAIL price to order or automatically assignes the correct net level based on the quantity ordered.

SHORT FORM INVOICE -- Replaces Rediform books. Adds your name, optional logo, optional phone or e-mail or FEIN number. Shows back orders. Add shipping charges and if required Sales Tax to order. Totals order. Deducts items shipped from INVENTORY at the press of a button. Prints finished invoice.

POST AP and AR -- Indexes by date. Option to annotate by U.S. Schedule C (1996) format. Finds CUSTOMERS and imports them into the GENERAL LEDGER. Takes either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable entry by the push of a button. A place for a short reference or notes. Automatically uses current clock date or lets you set date manually. Edits entries.

GENERAL LEDGER -- Indexed by date. Shows entire AP and AR history from day one to current date or a range of months and dates within a given year. Pages through the entries and shows page total, running total of all the pages and grand total of specified or default range. Prints any given page, with an optional name or title for the report. Shows date, account number, account, reference notes and amounts in Profit or (Loss) format using parenthesis for negative values.

The SHAREWARE version you can download is free to use, no time limes and comes with WEB PAGE TABLE MAKER version 7, which helps you make Internet web tables without coding. You can cut and paste the code file to any Text or most HTML editors or import the OTM file directly into the commercial upgrade of our Ought Medal 1.0a Web Page Maker.

You have the option to UPGRADE to either the 16 bit commercial single user vesion of SMALL BUSINESS MANAGER for $15.00 ($25.00 for multi-user license) or to the 32 bit Windows 95/98/NT version with a faster data base engine for $25.00 ($50.00 for the multi-user license). This upgrade includes our PROFIT LOSS TAX REPORT module which, if you annotated your AP entries, shows the grand total for each catagory, plus the total income, expenses and PROFIT or (LOSS) for any given year or range of dates within a single year. You also get the SHORT FORM PURCHASE ORDER module which merges the CUSTOMER and INVENTORY data bases, adding VENDOR numbers for stock items. You will also automatically receive select upgrades that may be released.
