How long is the franchise agreement?
Your initial term is 10 years. You may renew your agreement provided that you are in good standing as a Potty Doctor franchise holder.

Do I have to buy my supplies from Potty Doctor?
No! Potty Doctor sets standards for parts and supplies based on the use of nationally recognized brands, however you may obtain parts and materials from the supplier of your choice. Chances are that, if you are Potty Doctor material you already use top grade, name brand parts.

Do I receive help after opening the business? Absolutely! We provide technical, marketing and business assistance to franchisees. The Potty Doctor System is designed to provide you with everything you require for success.

Can the franchise be sold?
Yes! One of the major benefits of franchises is their high resale value. In fact, we may be able to help you locate a purchaser. Prime territories are always in demand.

Can I keep my old business name?
There would be little advantage to keeping your old personal business name. We do recognize that a transition period is often required for existing businesses. A business in transition may be listed a "Potty Doctor formerly XYZ Plumbing Co." Each Potty Doctor is granted the right to do business under the name "Potty Doctor."
