Software Experience

• Conducted extensive tutoring in DOS and software operation among
  students, faculty and staff in Cardinal Stritch College's CMBA program.
• Experience in installing, configuring and upgrading in DOS, Windows 3.x, Windows 95 and Macintosh.
• Familiarity with most major PC software packages used in business including:
  WordPerfect, Word, Dbase, MSWorks, Excel, Access, Ventura,
  AutoCAD, CorelDraw, PFS Graphics, Harvard Graphics, PowerPoint,

• Have performed numerous repairs and upgrades to PC's including all internal components;
  power supply, HD, memory, display and motherboard replacement including alterations to BIOS.
• Took primary responsibility for configuration, maintenance, repair and backup of
  Department's 8 PC's. Recommended specs for purchase of parts and new equipment.
• Experience with serial and parallel communications, peer-to-peer linkups and data transfer.
• 8 years experience in design, building and maintenance of computer operated machine control systems.
  Programmable controls experience includes Allen Bradley, General Electric, TI and Gould Modicon
• Other experience ranges from circuit board repair to wiring LANs.
