Kotick Cubs - Football

Until the end of the 2001-2002 season there was a District Cub Football League. The League has now stopped - much to the disappointment of the cubs, and many leaders and parents.

The League ran from October to March and games were played at various grounds around the District. Up to 14 Cub Packs took part each year with trophies for the League, Cup and District Champions.

What made Cubs football special was that ALL cubs are invited to play, irrespective of their ability. The result was a League of players who played with enthusiasm, a League of players some of whom will never play in another organised football league.
