Aside from our normal therapy services, Blue Ridge Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. offers a wide range of educational programs, screenings and group exercises tailored to individual facilities and groups.
Screenings
A screen can be offered at no charge by interview of the patient, the patient's family, and/or assistive personnel. A more in depth screen involving an actual evaluation by a therapist can be provided if ordered by a physician.
Educational Programs
Instructional programs and lectures on posture, balance, strength/flexibility, cardiovascular health, household safety, activities of daily living, cooking, etc. can be provided for patients, patient's families and/or facility staff.
Group Therapy
Exercise and Aquatics in a small group setting.
Instructional In-Services
To educate facility staff on a variety of rehabilitation related subjects.
Equipment
We provide all equipment necessary to administer therapy. We do not sell equipment through our company but we will assist in obtaining it for the patient or facility if additional equipment is needed. |
