Harley Dahler's Piet on display at the EAA's museum in Oshkosh, Wiconsin.

Dear Grant,
18 Oct. 95 - First off, 7HD is excellent as usual. I took it to Oshkosh with me this summer while volunteering at Pioneer Field at the EAA Museum. They kept it in hangar #1 on display and I flew it in the pattern display flights occasionally. Presently it is on display in the main museum building beside Bernie's Air Camper until July. It is the first of a new rotating display where a currently-flying homebuilt will be featured to show what homebuilders are flying -- along with the historically significant planes. To take up the spare time I've put the Dormay Bathtub back in the air and just brought back from North Carolina a Fairchild 22 rebuild project that should keep me busy for a couple of years -- just a great big streamlined Pietenpol. I am including a picture of 7HD on display in the EAA Museum. The fin and rudder of Bernie's plane is just visible behind my turtle deck. I've rambled enough.

Best regards,
Harley Dahler
