Welcome to the ongoing poll! This poll will be constantly posted here, and you may vote at any time you desire (however, I do request that you only vote ONCE). Let me try to make this explanation as short and simple as I can. Please read through this whole document BEFORE voting! Basically, there are two parts. Part one consists of four (4) questions about your opinions on Billy Joel. Part two consists of statistic-type questions about you, the people who respond.
Rules for part one: For EACH of the FOUR questions in part one, each voter (that's you!) gets five (5) votes. You may use these votes in any combinations that you want (whether it be all five for one song or album, one vote each for five songs, three votes for one and two votes for another, four and one, etc.) However, you can not use any more than five votes or any less than five votes. It must be exactly five votes for each question. When answering, please first write the question number, then write what you are voting for and then how many votes.
