Welcome To The Show

First of all, I'd like to welcome all visitors to my scrapbook, "and so it goes"- The Billy Joel Scrapbook. I hope your stay here is a pleasant one, and that you come back and visit often.

Let me first explain to you a little about where this is coming from. Originally, this "scrapbook" started out as an "area" of America Online. However, some executives at AOL decided that due to possible problems, they had to delete all entertainment-related scrapbooks. The thing was that they told me after it was already deleted. "and so it went..." Well, I decided to start over, this time on the web, which is much easier and more enjoyable medium to work with. So, as of January 1st, 1996, the scrapbook is now availble for all people on the Internet to use and become a part of. Now back to our regularly scheduled welcome message...

Basically, the purpose of this scrapbook is to provide a forum for Billy Joel fans to express their feelings about this amazing singer, songwriter, "Piano Man", and "Entertainer."

I'd like to personally invite every Billy Joel fan out there to contribute something to this scrapbook. I urge you to send me any type of poetry, album review, concert review, contest, poll, photographs, drawings, stories, or anything else regarding Billy Joel that may be of interest to others. And of course I will grant you the credit that you deserve.

I request that any type of file that you would like me to include, questions, comments, responses to polls and contests, or anything else regarding this scrapbook be send to me at: BJWebPage@aol.com. Furthermore, if you are interested in keeping up-to-date with the scrapbook, please join the scrapbook mailing list.
