Some of my oldest HTML files and earliest "designs" were found on this Web space at some time.

Much of it is outdated. Much of it has been removed, including the file you were apparently looking for. I apologize for the inconvenience, but in all honesty, leaving outdated info on the Web just seems like a bad idea.
