The recently remodeled Pelicans Villa is on the beach at Sandy Ground just before Mariner’s. Pelicans is unique in that it offers privacy in a beachfront villa within walking distance to the many restaurants available along Sandy Ground. Upon entering through the stone pillar entrance of Pelicans one is immediately taken by the well maintained private tennis court with court-side cabana, the beautiful kidney shaped in-the-ground pool and the 5/6 person outdoor spa. The property is so private you don’t realize that you are just steps from the beautiful crescent shaped beach of Sandy Ground.

Pelicans offers two accommodations for guests. The ground floor offers a spacious living area with cable television, VCR, and stereo equipment. This room has glass sliding doors opening to an outdoor-furnished patio. There is a grill on the patio for guests to use. The dining area is bright and airy. The Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave oven, coffee maker, and blender, etc. etc.. Each of the two bedrooms has a ceiling fan and a full private bath. The back bedroom is lovely and includes sliding glass doors to a separate outdoor patio area. The front bedroom is equally lovely and opens to another outside patio area in the front of the home.

The upstairs of Pelicans offers separate accommodations with a private entrance. A large eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped. The spacious living room with ceiling fan has a dining area and offers plenty of comfortable seating along with cable television, VCR and stereo equipment. This room has sliding glass doors, which open onto a furnished deck overlooking the private, enclosed back yard of Pelicans. There are three bedrooms each with a private entrance, full bath and ceiling fans. The bedrooms are all decorated in lovely, soft colors and can be arranged with king-sized beds or double beds.
