Geez, everybody else has already
done all the neat 'net things; I can't make a home page for my
dog, Ninja (the famed
Randy Garbiso already did that). I could brag about
my alma mater, San Diego State University,
but their censored bureaucracy
and admission department suck, so I won't. Hey, I just found good ol' Harvey Lewis Junior
High School on the web with their own home page ... so that reminds me I
forgot about "all hail Crawford
High School, crimson white and blue."
Wow, now even Phoebe Hearst.
So, let me tell you about my daughters, Lisa and Jaime? Lisa moved (really?)
again, and gee, thanks for making me a grand-paw. And ...
what ... again? Again? Again?).
See The Hill Tribe. Jaime
finished Cal State San Marcos. Finished single life. Oh no, gonna
make me grand-paw AGAIN? There's always the boss, Pam (Puangrat for short). Pam's alma
mater over in Thailand is Kasetsart University
which even has its own home page--a pretty good one, too! If you want to check
out your favorite university, MIT has a pretty good list of universities
to try.
What else? As far as hobbies and favorite music
groups go, you can
check out your own group on the Ultimate Band
List (formerly List of American Performers); or for the adventurous, the
underground. Don't steal any music at Napster
or Gnutella (but it's OK to share with BearShare! Best San Diego Band and other Music
links.
Latest rage? Surfing Links and Racquetball links (still second place, Mark!) and La Costa 35 Athletic Club. Who's this? Surfer Joe
Oh, yeah. Work. Ever been to SDG&E? A great place to work for 36 years.

- For out of town visitors, how about a quick tour of the town? Try any of these sites in the San Diego and CA area. Try this view of Diego, too.
- Our local papers, the San Diego Union-Tribune and SD Daily Transcript (SD Source) went electronic (Transcript claims to be first in the nation). Or San Diego's Best newspaper.
- The world-famous zoo and museums in Balboa Park
- Sea World
- Radio stations at 60's and 70's Kool 99.3, 80's B94.9, KFMB AM760, KCBQ and Free 103.7 and smooth jazz at KiFM 98.1; Easy Listening at KYXY; contemporary 91X . Jim’s list of SD radio stations, or try the whole Yahoo list of SD radio stations

And for my friends, relatives and visitors from out of the country, you could visit our Library of Congress, the Smithsonian, our National Parks, or get a flavor of the news in USA Today or the Wall Street Journal -- or try them all 3550+ at Webwombat online newspapers. But if you really, really want to know what's going on in America, check out Jay Leno or David Letterman.
