Moody Gardens Pyramids

The Moody Gardens Rainforest Pyramid is located at the Moody Gardens Complex.  The Rainforest Pyramid contains specimens of plants from all over the world separated into 4 distinct habitats (the habitats being the 4 different types of Rainforests from around the world).  At 10 stories high, this steel and glass structure adds to the beauty of the Galveston skyline.  In the morning, the sun reflects magnificently off the panes of glass and creates the illusion of a pyramid of light.   There are two other pyramids, one containing a IMAX-3D Ridefilm and Space Museum, and the other containing one of the largest salt water aquariums in the United States.
