Moody National Bank Galveston County's largest independent bank, Moody National Bank has served both Galveston and Galveston County since 1907.  In 1998 & 1999 the readers of the Galveston Daily News, named Moody National Bank the best bank in Galveston County. 

MNB has assetts in excess of $347 million dollars, and manages over $11 billion dollars in trust assets--making its trust department one of the largest in the state of Texas.  It has also amounted more than $42 million dollars in equity capital, a considerable amount for a bank of its size which is not publically traded.
