In May 2007, a bug occurred in WWWToolz.com's web server. 
This is a report of that bug. 

Problem: Form-to-Email Processing Fails. 
 

Status:
 
Tentatively resolved, but comes back occasionally.
 
  
Bug went away mysteriously 3 days later. 
All the missing e-mails landed in my inbox May 14 at 3 in the morning, up to 
3 days late. 

Bug returned June 14. Cleared up June 18. Four-day outages are not acceptable.

Review of WWWToolz.com:

The staff fails to keep its products working.
They fail to jump when there's a breakdown.
Sorry, I cannot recommend WWWToolz.com to webmasters who are
looking for reliable service.

I have used this WWWToolz.com feature continuously since April 2007. 
The breakdown occurred sometime on May 10 or May 11, 2007 
(I've been testing the feature daily since I joined in April). 
The breakdown occurred even though I have not changed my account settings recently. 
Therefore this rules out any possibility that the bug might be mine and not caused by WWWToolz.com.

Feature was working: April 19 - May 10, 2007 

Date Reported to WWWToolz.com: May 11, 2007 

Date Tentatively Resolved: May 14, 2007 

Bug Returned: June 14, 2007  
Feature remained broken for four days. 
Due to the lack of commitment shown by WWWToolz staff, I closed my account.
