I have 5+ years of experience with software development, including:

I only work for businesses that believe in (and produce) quality stuff.
Your software must have a reputation for excellence;
your website must be bug-free and compatible with multiple browsers.
You must pass an online test of people skills. Test results determine my price.
I prefer a workplace that is committed at all levels to teamwork and civility.
Your staff must have a reputation for dealing honorably with customers.
