Water--The Latest Health Hazard

Many of you, no doubt, regard water as a vital fluid for all life on this planet. You probably think that is why it is piped into each of our homes, why port cities have been historically so important, why droughts are major news items, and why so few of us lived in the desert in the days before massive pipeline networks were built.
