Macadamia nuts: The California Macadamia Society (CMS) is a non-profit California corporation dedicated to promoting the advancement and improving the culture and production of the Macadamia nut. CMS has produced a yearbook every year since 1954. CMS officers meet the fourth Saturday of each third month and the public is welcome. CMS participates in county fairs; presents an annual field day of hands-on demonstrations, lectures and demonstrations every November; and they also publish information for growers, libraries and interested parties.
