WE KNOW -
In early years - from three to six
When folks look big and babies pink
When looking UP we only see
The bottom of the kitchen sink,
We really know, with instinct rare
That SANTA CLAUS is surely there
But some, too bad, find "truth" with age
As childlike wonder hides it's face
Statistics prove with graphic force
That SANTA CLAUS is in disgrace
"Grownups" look DOWN on kitchen sinks
And wonder if a baby thinks -
That SANTA CLAUS just cannot be
Is quite absurd - constructively
